- The ship date is the date the product leaves our facility. This is not the arrival date.
- Daily shipping on wreath products will begin November 20th, 2007.
- If you require a ship date earlier than December 1st, please notify us.
- End date for on-line ordering of wreaths is Dec.10th.
Incorrect Address From time to time shipping 1,000 of wreaths things can happen though rare.
All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip.
Holiday Wreath will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered
or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied.
We will ship to the address supplied on the order.
When your shipment leaves the farm your carrier will be responsible
report any loss or damage of products to carrier.
Do not accept damaged box's from carrier and then ask us to replace.
If you have an issue please contact customer service
we will work with you and carrier and will take a reorder and ship as a priority.
We can not replace wreaths damaged by carrier that you have excepted or opened.
We do guarantee our products at time of shipping.
* A $10.00 Fee will be added to your bill when a bad address is supplied
and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a
suite number / apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be
incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.
* Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not be honored.
* Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers / apartment
numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
